The Convocation Center Box Office is located inside the front atrium to the left hand side. Parking is available in the parking lots just outside the Convocation Center entrance. Handicap accessible seating is the only by phone order that can be placed at the Box Office.
For your convenience, there are several different options for purchasing tickets for Convocation Center events.

Locate the event on our website in which you would like to purchase tickets for and click the “BuyTix” button next to the date of the event.
Charge By Phone
To charge by phone, call (866) 722-8877 Accepted Methods of Payment Cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are all accepted methods of payment at the Convocation Center Box Office.
All seats are subject to a facility fee. Tickets purchased through Online, charge-by-phone are subject to additional service charges.
A $3.00 per car fee will be charged at entrance of parking lots at our ticketed events.
Will Call Window
Tickets purchased from online for pick up at the Will Call Window will be available 2 hours prior to show time at the Convocation Center Box Office.
• A confirmation number, picture ID, and the credit card used to purchase the tickets are required to pick up tickets.
• Patrons may also leave tickets at the will-call window; however the Convocation Center cannot and will not accept responsibility for unclaimed tickets.
• Tickets will be released only to the person whose name appears on the ticket envelope. If you need to designate another person to pick up the tickets, please call the phone center at 1-866-722-8877 and have them add the authorized person to the account.
Tickets For Children
Discounted ticket prices for kids are sometimes available for various shows. Age restrictions and the amount of the discount vary by event and are at the discretion of the touring act.

Print at Home Help
Please confirm whether you have received your e-mail confirmation and/or the PDF of your print-at-home tickets? If you have not, please do the following:
- Go to www.georgialinatix.com
- Click on the Convocation Center
- Click on “BUY TIX ” button next to your event.
- Click on “Sign In .”
- When you get to the “Sign In” page, type in your e-mail/account number and password under the “Returning Online Customer” category.
- Once you have successfully signed in, you will be able to resend your print at home tickets.
- Once you have successfully signed in, you will be able to resend your e-mail confirmation.
Cancelled or Postponed Events
In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and placed on the Convocation Center website and event line. Please be aware that there is no way to contact individual ticket holders other than the local media. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored at the new date. In most cases, refunds will also be available at the original point of purchase up until the new date has passed.
Refunds / Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges once tickets are purchased so be sure to verify your tickets before you leave the box office or upon arrival by mail or internet. Customers can upgrade tickets for events when possible; however this is not a guaranteed policy and is done at the sole discretion of the event promoter.
If the tickets were purchased at the Convocation Center Box Office
Cash payment: Call or come in to the Convocation Center. All efforts will be made to find a record of your ticket purchase. If no record can be found, then the tickets can not be replaced.
Credit Card Payment: Call or come in to the Convocation Center Box Office. The following information will be required: customer’s name, date of purchase, type of credit card used. Once the original order has been found, a replacement ticket voucher will be printed and the original tickets will be voided.

A police report will be required by Convocation Center Management. Stolen ticket passes will be given out at the discretion of the Box Office Manager and only after verification of purchase. The pass will have the location of the original ticket(s) printed on it.
Features for Patrons with Disabilities
All entrances to the Convocation Center are wheelchair accessible. Once inside the center, elevators are available to provide access between levels.
Handicap accessible seating is available at various locations throughout the Convocation Center. Handicap seating is available to the patron with the disability and one guest. To purchase handicap accessible seating, please call (803) 641-3719.
For your convenience, there are several available parking lots within walking distance of the Convocation Center. Accessible parking is available in all of the parking lots surrounding the Convocation Center. In order to park in the spaces reserved for disabled guests, the vehicle must have a state issued handicapped window pass, sticker, or license plate. Any customer may drop off a disabled patron at the front of the Convocation Center and then, park their car in one of the lots and then meet that person inside the Convocation Center. A parking fee will be charged to every ticket purchased for an event and will be included in the ticket price.
